Description

We were unaware that this material was ready to be released onto CD until we contacted Peter Pinne, the original producer of these works. These concerts were from the early years where we had more instruments involved in the latter years and it’s exciting to hear top Broadway performers singing with wonderful arrangements.

We were amazed to find that a number of these songs sounded better in Town Hall than they had even sounded on Broadway.
Irving Berlin’s “Give Me Your Tired, Your Poor”, I always thought was boring but given wonderful arrangements by scott coulter – it was amazingly much improved.
